About the Role
The Market Design & Administrative Coordinator supports the Marketing & Communications team at TIFF: The Market by combining graphic design expertise with strong project coordination and administrative support. This role is responsible for producing high-quality creative assets while assisting with project timelines, asset management, stakeholder communications, and departmental administration.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and the Marketing & Communications team, the Design & Administrative Coordinator helps ensure creative projects are delivered on time, brand standards are maintained, and departmental workflows remain organized and efficient.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends.
- This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
- Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada at this time.
- For consideration to those on time-limited Visa status, your Visa must allow you to complete the full contract.
