About the Role
Dynaire is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, and retrofit projects in the Long Island market. This is a high-impact sales role for a seasoned MEP/HVAC professional with a strong track record of closing commercial service and project contracts.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage existing commercial HVAC accounts
- Sell service contracts, preventive maintenance, and retrofit project solutions
- Lead RFP responses, proposal development, and bid follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with business owners, facilities leaders, and executives
- Travel 50%+ to job sites, client offices, and industry events across Long Island and NYC
Requirements
- Only applicants with MEP or HVAC service sales experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of B2B sales in HVAC/MEP/service contracting required
- Proven ability to prospect, present, and close in the commercial space
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communication, CRM (Salesforce), and organizational skills
