About the Role

Requirements

  • Hold a degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Show a clear commitment to continuous learning.
  • Possess a proven track record of steering complex transformation programmes.
  • Demonstrate delivery of real, measurable efficiencies within large organisations.
  • Exhibit sharp analytical insight.
  • Possess strategic perspective.
  • Have an instinctive ability to build trust across organisational boundaries.
  • Background experience in Children’s Services is welcome.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and ease when navigating ambiguity.
  • Naturally reflect core values of Putting Communities First, Respect, Integrity, and Working Together.
  • Children’s Enhanced DBS required for the role.

Salary/Compensations

  • New hires will normally start at the minimum of the pay scale.
