About the Role

The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the property, providing essential administrative and clerical support to the on-site team to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records, documentation, and files, including sensitive or complex materials.
  • Type letters and memos.
  • Track visitor and call logs.
  • Oversee telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
  • Answer phones professionally according to company policy.
  • Assist in processing and tracking work requests.

  • Direct office activities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
  • Support clerical staff with advanced or sensitive tasks.
  • Manage office supplies inventory.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year of office assistant or customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to present information and respond to inquiries from management, vendors, and associates.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, adaptable environment.
