About the Role
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the property, providing essential administrative and clerical support to the on-site team to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records, documentation, and files, including sensitive or complex materials.
- Type letters and memos.
- Track visitor and call logs.
- Oversee telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Answer phones professionally according to company policy.
- Assist in processing and tracking work requests.
- Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and external representatives.
- Direct office activities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
- Support clerical staff with advanced or sensitive tasks.
- Manage office supplies inventory.
- Perform other related administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year of office assistant or customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to present information and respond to inquiries from management, vendors, and associates.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, adaptable environment.
