About the Role
As a Relationship Banker, you will represent the Chase brand by providing exceptional hospitality and financial solutions. You will play a key role in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships by leveraging financial knowledge and technology to meet client needs and contribute to branch success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
- Manage and proactively meet with assigned clients to build lasting relationships.
- Understand client financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
- Engage in consultative communication to build trust and anticipate client needs.
- Educate clients on technology solutions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Learn and apply products, services, and procedures to consult effectively with clients.
- Collaborate with internal experts to address specialized financial needs.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
- Proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Must obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63), and Life licenses within 180 days of hire.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
- Subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements.
- Must register or update registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) under the SAFE Act.
- Employment is contingent upon a review of criminal conviction history, credit report, and NMLS information.
