About the Role

You will work in a team of strategists, innovators, and pricing experts on consulting projects for the most exciting digital companies in the DACH region and those on their way to becoming leaders. You will think and act entrepreneurially, discover growth and implementation opportunities with clients, and develop smart solutions in areas such as validating new business models, designing new pricing models, or digital transformation. You will develop and test hypotheses, test MVPs in the market, conduct data-based evaluations, and derive concrete recommendations for action for our clients. You will act data-driven and translate transaction or market research data into concrete recommendations for action using modern BI tools, automation solutions, and, where appropriate, AI-supported analyses (e.g., Python, ML models). You will independently use AI-supported applications in your daily work.

Responsibilities

Derive concrete recommendations for action for clients based on data analysis.
Translate transaction or market research data into concrete recommendations for action using modern BI tools, automation solutions, and AI-supported analyses.
Independently use AI-supported applications in daily work.

Requirements

Currently studying business administration, business informatics, mechanical engineering, or a field with a scientific or analytical focus, having completed at least the fourth semester.
First experiences in consulting, corporate innovation, product development, or digital marketing are ideal, or a genuine curiosity for these topics.
Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in technology, especially AI-supported analysis and automation tools.
Pragmatism and organizational talent.
Proficiency in German and English.
Team spirit, ability to inspire others with ideas, and build trusting relationships.
Identification with the company values: cohesion, excellence, curiosity, and entrepreneurship.
Clear 'No-Bullshit' attitude.
Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
