About the Role
Gemini Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in Southeast Austin, is seeking enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages as Box Truck Delivery Associates. We are looking for reliable, independent, flexible, and hard-working individuals who pay attention to detail, can problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done, enjoying safe driving and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
- Use handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information
- Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather and delivery conditions
- Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Maintain pace in a physically demanding job
- Get in and out of the vehicle repeatedly throughout the day at various locations
- Be comfortable assembling appliances and furniture
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs frequently, 70 lbs using material-handling equipment, and up to 300 lbs as part of a delivery team
