About the Role
Paciorek Orthodontics is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Orthodontic Assistant with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Responsibilities
- Establish a trusting rapport with patients, ensuring the highest level of patient customer service.
- Educate patients on orthodontic care and treatment practices.
- Work chairside with patient care, including assisting in placing and removing orthodontic appliances.
- Take X-Rays and pictures, and fabricate retainers.
- Maintain patients’ charts and transcribe doctor notes accurately.
- Keep patient rooms stocked and organized, and clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
- Be receptive to coaching and training from doctors to better develop skillset.
- Perform other duties as required.
