About the Role
As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of Guest Room Attendant. Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Performing assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards to make our guests' experience a memorable one.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and respect the importance that impeccably clean guest room and supplies have in a hotel.
- Willingness to perform physical work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of different day and weekends.
