About the Role

As a Lead Data Integration Specialist, you will lead initiatives by engineering data solutions for analytics, while coaching and mentoring the team. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining advanced analytical solutions within the organization's APIs and communicating their value to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Improve pipelines with the delivery team while integrating reconciliation across assets.
  • Lead initiatives by building ML model pipeline solutions from conceptual and business requirements.
  • Define and promote design principles focused on scalability, automation, security, maintainability, and performance.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to ML Ops industry standards, data handling best practices, and production code standards.
  • Collaborate with BI Architects on complex data projects and lead the design of ML model solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, ensure process adherence, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in ML Engineering or Data Engineering/Integration.
  • Advanced experience using REST APIs and continuous monitoring.
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience leading others to solve complex problems using analytical thinking.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and Policy Center data.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis, programming, modeling techniques, data warehousing, and architecture.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
