About the Role

Join a major Broadway theatre owner-operator as a substitute night-time custodian. This role is key to maintaining the physical condition and cleanliness of historic and modern theatre buildings, ensuring a beautiful environment for guests. You will be part of a high-energy, detail-focused team dedicated to providing a magical Broadway theatre experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in the theatre space, including the auditorium and other areas.
• Ensure the theatre is looking beautiful for guests.
• Provide a magical Broadway theatre experience to all patrons and production personnel.
• Contribute to a customer-service forward approach that creates memorable experiences.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow health and safety standards and protocols.
• Must be able to work well with a team and provide exceptional customer service skills by treating all patrons and/or coworkers with respect.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• This is a union affiliated position. Must be or become a member of Local 32BJ.
