Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products.
- Upsell Ebury’s broad product capabilities to ensure a best-in-class client proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in business origination.
- Understand clients' business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solutions.
- Analyze the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury’s Banking solutions.
- Deliver on KPIs including repeat and new business revenues, client churn reduction, upselling/cross-selling, and increasing wallet-share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and presentations.
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
- Originate new business via networking with existing clients for referrals.
Requirements
- Proven dealing, trading, and account management experience.
- Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
- Experience working in an established FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
- Sophisticated technical ability; statistical/fundamental analysis & risk management practices.
- Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition).
- Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
