About the Role
The DHS Housing Case Manager provides comprehensive case management services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability in a shelter setting. This role involves collaborating with clients, service providers, landlords, and community agencies to create individualized housing plans, connect clients to resources, and promote long-term self-sufficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience providing case management or housing services.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, substance use disorders, or other vulnerable populations preferred.
- Knowledge of DHS housing programs, public assistance benefits, and community resources.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
