About the Role
Carvana is seeking entry-level candidates for various automotive roles, including Detailer, Lot Attendant, Photobooth Associate, and Inspection Associate. These positions are crucial for ensuring vehicles are in top condition before being offered to customers.
Responsibilities
- Detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
- Moving vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers
- Taking photos of vehicles for the company website
- Inspecting the interior and exterior of vehicles and identifying imperfections/defects
Requirements
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
- Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
