About the Role

The Analyst/Sr Analyst, Strategic Planning & Business Operations will play a crucial role in defining opportunities, developing strategies, and executing initiatives that optimize our talent management engine. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Planning & Business Operations and will work closely with senior executives across Recruiting, Finance, and Operations. To thrive in this role, you'll bring sharp analytical and forecasting skills, and turn insights into action by partnering with field teams to drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the development, refinement, and ongoing maintenance of hiring models for key clinical roles, ensuring alignment with regional and organizational growth strategies.
Monitor and report on hiring performance against established goals, proactively identifying and addressing variances, capacity constraints, or pipeline inefficiencies.
Maintain a consistent cadence of updates and stakeholder communication.
Analyze workforce data and hiring initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive strategies and talent acquisition efforts.
Provide actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, People Services, and Operations Innovation teams to align internal promotion programs with external hiring efforts.
Evaluate the success of emerging Talent Management initiatives.
Work alongside the Business Intelligence team to advance predictive analytics focused on teammate retention and turnover risk.
Translate insights into scalable business processes.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, management consulting, strategy, sales/business operations or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite.
Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
Capable of breaking down complex or ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable components.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Track record of working efficiently in fast-paced environments.
Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects.
