About the Role
You will be the face of ROCK YOUR LIFE! in Brandenburg, presenting our program to schools, teachers, companies, and at network events. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with schools, partners, and networks, and recruit young people and mentors for our mentoring program with a focus on equal opportunities. Your role involves 3-4 days of travel per week and 1-2 days of coordination and network maintenance from home.
Responsibilities
- Present ROCK YOUR LIFE! program in classes, to teachers, companies, and at network events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools, partners, and networks.
- Recruit young people and mentors for the mentoring program.
- Coordinate field activities and maintain network from home.
Requirements
- Passion for working with young people and ability to motivate them.
- Confident public speaking and storytelling skills.
- Experience in education, youth social work, sales (profit or non-profit).
- Willingness to travel throughout Brandenburg.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license.
- Organizational skills and commitment to building and maintaining relationships.
