About the Role
You will be responsible for the setup and expansion of our mentoring program in the Brandenburg region, from planning to operational implementation. You will develop strategies for recruiting young people, mentors, and cooperation partners and implement them independently. You will manage goal achievement in Brandenburg, monitor key figures, derive measures, and develop our activities based on data. You will be the central point of contact for our partners on-site and build a strong network of schools, companies, foundations, and other multipliers. You will coordinate activities in Brandenburg, support the onboarding of new colleagues, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Enjoy inspiring people, building networks, and developing long-term partnerships.
- Experience in educational work, youth social work, sales in the profit sector, or non-profit sector.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and maintain an overview of multiple parallel topics and projects.
- Openness to approach people, communicate confidently with diverse target groups, and interact effectively with schools, companies, and other partners.
