About the Role

CUBRC, Inc. is seeking a Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator to manage cradle-to-grave contracts and agreements, including solicitations, proposals, and miscellaneous agreements. This role involves maintaining contract documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO and CPSR requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cradle-to-grave contracts and agreements administration.
  • Manage cradle-to-grave review and administration of solicitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and proposal package submissions.
  • Manage cradle-to-grave administration of miscellaneous agreements such as consultant agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and teaming agreements.
  • Create and maintain contract/subcontract documentation in electronic and hard copy files per ISO and CPSR requirements.
  • Maintain contracts/subcontracts database.
  • Support audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Working knowledge of FARS, DFARS, and other agency acquisition regulations.
  • Hands-on experience administering DoD and/or other federal agency contracts, subcontracts, grants, subawards, and other types of agreements.
  • Solicitation/RFP/proposal experience including review, submission and negotiations.
  • Contract administration problem-solving experience.
  • Deliverables tracking.
  • Must be able to obtain and remain eligible for a US Department of Defense security clearance.

Skills

  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Deltek Cost Point experience is a plus.
  • CPCM or DAWIA a plus.
