About the Role

Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients, serving in a technical leadership role to unite and guide stakeholders from project inception through delivery. You will understand client needs, design optimal technical solutions, and lead implementation efforts, working across major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Unite and guide stakeholders from clients, governance, project executives, delivery teams, and vendors.
• Understand client needs and determine the best technical solution.
• Design the best solution for the job.
• Act as the technical leader for implementation.
• Consult early with clients, gather inputs, and understand their solution requirements.
• Define what Kyndryl can do to meet client solutions.
• Work across major cloud platforms.
• Call on other SMEs outside your wheelhouse when needed.
• Influence, create, and deliver projects from start to finish.
• Delight clients with delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Data Center mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases.
• Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on experience & learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability.
• Growth mindset; keen to drive personal and professional development.
• Customer-focused; prioritize customer success in work.
