About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in shaping how Eye Security attracts, assesses, and hires exceptional talent across Europe during an exciting stage of growth. This role is an opportunity to help build and scale a Talent Acquisition function that acts as a strategic partner to the business, focusing on quality and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
• Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels.
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimize recruitment performance.
• Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, such as employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements.
