The role involves delivering food to restaurant and dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food to restaurant and dining room patrons
- Follow sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards
- Complete assigned side work
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Use medium weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer
- Use oven mitts, fryer gloves, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans
- Use slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques
Requirements
- Previous food service experience
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
