About the Role

AMC Global Media is seeking a Coordinator, Multiplatform Strategy & Scheduling to join the Linear & Streaming Operations team. This role will support scheduling operations across the company's portfolio of linear premieres and digital distribution platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and distribute monthly program schedules and related scheduling documentation.
  • Support scheduling operations across AMC Global Media's full portfolio of linear premieres and digital distribution platforms.
  • Assist with programming strategy, content planning, and scheduling for FAST, AVOD, FVOD, SVOD, EST, and Premium Linear services.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling documents, tracking materials, and system inputs, while generating reports that support scheduling decisions, content planning, and operational workflows.
  • Enter monthly schedules and apply schedule updates across systems including What's On, WURL, Aurora, and Excel.
  • Maintain inventory lists and assist with validating content rights, availability of windows, and usage restrictions for scheduling and tracking purposes.
  • Partner with Programming, Operations, Rights Management, Media Planning & Strategy, and other stakeholders to support content launches, schedule changes, and business initiatives.
  • Monitor scheduling systems, identify discrepancies, and assist in troubleshooting scheduling and system-related issues.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency, scheduling effectiveness, and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Proficient in other MS applications
  • Scheduling database and media rights knowledge preferred
