About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role offers a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for career growth and entry-level management experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register, and handle cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Lead shifts to gain entry-level management experience.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Attend work regularly and predictably.
• Interact with customers and team members to accomplish daily tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
