About the Role
The Technical Partner Growth team drives long-term growth through strategic partnerships across global distribution, regional, wholesale, and promotional channels. This role focuses on performance evaluations, financial modeling, and growth analyses to optimize partnership outcomes for Disney's premium streaming portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough analyses while partnering cross-functionally to socialize and execute recommendations
- Build and maintain financial models for new and existing partner opportunities
- Conduct analyses to evaluate incrementality, cannibalization, and overall partner impact
- Partner with data teams to understand methodologies
- Translate complex data and financial insights into executive-ready presentations
- Draft recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Contribute to strategies that enhance partnerships
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Investment Banking, or Partner Growth
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Ownership, curiosity, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactively identify data trends and anomalies

- $112,000.00 - $150,100.00 per year
