About the Role
The Corporate Trust Team Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Trust & Agency Team, maintaining records, supporting communications, coordinating activities, and assisting with daily business tasks. This role offers an opportunity to develop knowledge within the corporate trust industry in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the Corporate Trust & Agency Team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including electronic and physical filing, scanning, printing and archiving of documents
- Support client and stakeholder communications, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Track and follow up on outstanding actions, including debtor balances where required
- Support transaction onboarding and client administration processes, ensuring records and systems are maintained accurately
- Prepare and distribute documentation, reports and meeting materials as required
- Coordinate administrative aspects of team activities, projects and initiatives
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations or business support role desirable
- Experience maintaining records and managing documentation would be advantageous
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage high volumes of work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders
- Structured and methodical approach to tasks
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and suggest improvements
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively and escalate issues in a timely manner
