About the Role

As a Cash in Transit Officer, you will ensure the safe and secure transport of cash between locations, supporting service delivery while mitigating business risks. You will switch between driving and courier duties, working solo or alongside a partner to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Work alone or with a partner as a driver or a courier.
• Service ATM machines by ensuring the secure transportation and deployment of cash.
• Follow company processes and complete all associated documentation in line with operational targets.
• Drive and park company vehicles responsibly, adhering to the Highway Code, company policy, and procedures for Health and Safety compliance.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient customer service.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and branch management to ensure issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

Requirements

• Ability to provide a continuous 10-year employment and education history, with all gaps covered.
• Valid Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Conscientious driving with full adherence to the Highway Code.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
• Successful candidates must provide a 10-year traceable work and education history.
• Must complete a criminal record and credit background check.

• £35,766.10 per annum
