Join the team at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center as a server at Gabe's Restaurant, focusing on lunch and dinner shifts.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons.
- Verify patron identification for alcoholic beverage consumption.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Escort customers to tables.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Prepare and present itemized checks.
- Present menus and provide recommendations.
- Clear dishes and glassware for cleaning.
- Serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
- Maintain service area supplies including coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
