About the Role

As a Domain Consultant 2 for Idira, you are the premier technical expert for our next-generation Idira platform. You will combine advanced technical knowledge with sharp enterprise sales strategy to own the technical win across our most complex strategic and enterprise accounts. In this senior pre-sales role, you are distinguished by your specialized knowledge, depth of expertise, and ability to design global-scale solutions. You will play a pivotal role in defining technical strategies that secure a customer’s business imperatives, evangelizing our industry-leading platform across Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP), Just-In-Time (JIT) models, and Machine Identity Security.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with enterprise and strategic account teams to architect and recommend custom, holistic identity solutions within your assigned territory.
  • Present with credibility as our identity security expert to stakeholders at all levels of the customer hierarchy—from technical practitioners to executives.
  • Scope, lead, and ensure high win-rates for Proof Proof of Values (PoV) projects for prospective customers and partners based on global deployment best practices.
  • Design and architect optimal solutions that align with customers’ hybrid cloud, datacenter environments, and infrastructure to strengthen and simplify their security posture.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Idira platform to respond effectively to high-value, complex RFIs/RFPs.
  • Document High-Level Designs (HLD), architectural frameworks, and core enterprise use cases to guarantee seamless implementation and rapid value realization.
  • Lead high-level industry conversations regarding modern threat vectors, identity-centric Zero Trust frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Confidently discuss and differentiate our platform against competitive market offers.
  • Serve as a strategic conduit for customer feedback, funneling complex feature requests and market intelligence straight to Product Management, R&D, and Tech Marketing to drive future product capabilities.
  • Initiate internal projects to elevate team performance.
  • Act as a trusted mentor, enablement resource, and technical escalation path for other systems engineers across the region.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven success as a Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant within enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or advanced Directory Services environments.
  • Prior deep experience designing, deploying, or selling CyberArk solutions or the Idira platform ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Standard identity mechanisms, IdP infrastructures, federation services, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and modern Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP) / Just-In-Time (JIT) continuous-validation access models.
  • Common enterprise technology stacks, including strong background in Windows Server administration, Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP), Unix/Linux environments.
  • Administration of public cloud ecosystems and platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates), and proficiency in scripting for workflow automation and environment deployment.
  • Enterprise use of popular public generative AI tools, LLM Lifecycles, LLM security, AI-specific attacks (such as prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, and data exfiltration through GenAI apps).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of removing technical sales obstacles within highly dynamic environments.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and consensus-building skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate long-term relationships cross-organizationally.
  • MIS or Computer Science Degree, or equivalent practical experience required.
  • CISSP, CCSP, SANS, or advanced cloud provider security certifications.
  • Proficient in English.
  • This is a field sales position with travel required to support in-person client meetings, architectural workshops, and industry trade shows.
  • No immigration sponsorship will be provided for this position.
