About the Role

Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, leveraging AI and predictive algorithms to discover stories and turn them into blockbuster hits. We are expanding into CandyJarTV and aim to become the next-generation entertainment powerhouse.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of one or more paid user acquisition channels.
  • Design, launch, and analyze structured experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Build and optimize campaigns to drive efficient user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to develop acquisition strategies.
  • Evaluate channel performance with a focus on incrementality, true lift, and business outcomes.
  • Translate data and campaign insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Build repeatable processes, testing frameworks, and playbooks to compound growth.
  • Identify new platforms, audiences, creative approaches, and channel expansion opportunities.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
  • Deep expertise in at least one paid acquisition channel.
  • Proven experience owning campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance against growth KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure incrementality, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience designing and executing structured testing roadmaps and experimentation frameworks.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Growth, and Analytics teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify scalable growth opportunities and turn insights into measurable business impact.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with an ownership mindset.
  • Builder mentality with a bias toward action, rapid iteration, and continuous learning.
  • Experience in consumer technology, mobile apps, subscriptions, gaming, entertainment, or other B2C digital products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution, experimentation, and performance measurement tools is a plus.
