About the Role
The Account Executive will support the successful execution of client programs within their allocated portfolio, aligning with client objectives and agency standards. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, exceptional client service, and strategic thinking to drive program success within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification of client needs and their delivery.
- Manage and execute projects within client briefs and budgets, collaborating with internal stakeholders and resource managers.
- Ensure proper project briefing, alignment on requirements, and deliverables with Digital Project Management and Digital Creative teams.
- Support the development of program workbacks.
- Conduct non-technical QA to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and agency quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal Digital Project Managers and external vendors for timely delivery of digital projects.
- Track website maintenance activities and ensure weekly reporting from development teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for program-specific matters.
- Participate in creative problem-solving, brainstorming, and campaign conceptualization.
- Act as a resource for the internal account team, assisting with client communications and updates.
- Support administration, delivery, and maintenance of client documentation, including contracts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to agency procedures and quality control for all submitted changes.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, presenting findings to management.
- Manage weekly status meetings with teams and clients.
- Share best practices, learnings, and insights on social, digital trends, event marketing, and client industries.
- Identify and collaboratively resolve risks and challenges with senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Background in an Advertising/Marketing Agency environment is required.
- Experience in managing digital product development and familiarity with CMS is a must.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of client service experience in an integrated environment.
- Solid people management experience.
- Proven success in working with team-based projects.
- Self-motivated with proven success in retaining and growing client portfolios.
- Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner.
- Extremely detail-oriented, logical, work-oriented, and analytical.
- Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, and adapt.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly motivated.
- Willingness to work weekends, off-standard hours, and occasional travel.
