Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize bundt cake pans and baking equipment to food safety standards.
- Inspect pans for damage or residue and ensure all items are thoroughly clean before reuse.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift.
- Follow proper sanitation and food safety protocols at all times.
- Support bakery team by restocking clean pans and equipment as needed.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm, fast-paced bakery environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed.
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
