About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will define and execute the strategy for marketing Conga's Manage and Fulfill products, the Conga Platform, and the Conga Cloud. Your messaging and value proposition will drive the success of Sales and Renewals teams by crafting and executing messaging, content, and enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute messaging, content, and enablement to drive sales and customer success.
  • Define market segmentation.
  • Maintain buyer personas.
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging content.
  • Manage partner programs.
  • Oversee event participation.
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives.
  • Lead and build partnerships through influence and expertise.
  • Define Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Communicate market needs, pain points, use cases, and business processes.
  • Develop positioning and messaging for buyer personas, customer needs, and technology ecosystems.
  • Create product proof points.
  • Deeply understand product capabilities and differentiators.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Develop easily understood value propositions.
  • Enable the Sales organization to effectively deliver Conga’s value proposition.
  • Create fresh and compelling content and marketing assets.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives land on message, on time, and on budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience marketing to business and IT decision makers.
  • Ability to lead and build partnerships through influence and acknowledged expertise.
  • Ability to develop and communicate a deep understanding of market needs, pain points, use cases, and business processes.
  • Ability to develop positioning and messaging, and product proof points.
  • Ability to take initiative to research new tactics, detect and track trends.
  • Ability to anticipate market and customer needs.
  • Ability to find new ways to improve content effectiveness.
  • Ability to develop easily understood value propositions for different stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and collaborative approach to finding answers and solutions.
  • Ability to turn to a variety of resources, including colleagues, professional network, and online materials.
  • Ability to apply knowledge across the business where it makes sense.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create fresh and compelling content and marketing assets that engage senior IT and business decision makers.
  • Track record of analysis, insights, creativity, and results in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
