Responsibilities
- Supervise large cleaning jobs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Conduct cleaning inspections for new team members (2-3 per week).
- Address and resolve client concerns through customer follow-ups.
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and coaching new maids.
- Provide accurate pricing for potential clients through onsite estimates.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish with basic English proficiency.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, being reliable and punctual.
- Must have the ability to train, motivate, and guide a team.
- Requires at least 1 year of cleaning experience.
- Requires 3-6 months of experience in a leadership role.
