About the Role

Klub44 is a non-profit startup focused on digital youth participation. We empower young people to discover their city and interests, and shape the world around them through the Klub app. We believe every young person deserves a free and creative life and aim to radically transform school and vocational education. The Klub app provides youth aged 12+ with equitable access to free leisure and career orientation opportunities, connecting them with extracurricular locations like youth clubs and makerspaces.

Responsibilities

Manage operational projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet partner satisfaction.
Lead projects using standard processes to maintain platform scalability and avoid custom solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project partners (municipalities, schools, foundations), building long-term relationships.
Manage expectations with administrative bodies, school leadership, and funding partners.
Onboard municipalities, schools, and youth facilities using standard processes.
Develop and improve standard processes through playbooks, templates, checklists, and automations.
Identify and manage project KPIs and provide transparent internal reporting on project status.
Prepare project status and impact data for funders and foundations.
Derive concrete actions from project data.
Collaborate closely with management, marketing & community, and product development teams.
Incorporate partner feedback into product development.
Manage external partners and service providers within project contexts.

Requirements

Several years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully completing projects, ideally with partners from administration, education, foundations, or NGOs.
Startup work experience is a plus.
Strong cooperation and communication skills; ability to gain people for common goals while keeping Klub's interests in mind.
Process and systems thinking; enjoyment in building repeatable solutions.
Structured and reliable work style with adherence to commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Hands-on mentality and proficiency with agile methods and project management tools.
Data-driven approach and skill in tracking key performance indicators.
Motivated by entrepreneurial challenges and a desire to contribute to young people's potential development.
Very good native-level German language skills.
Negotiation-level English language skills.
