About the Role

Collaborate with small development teams to drive business growth within PRH, operating within a dynamic and agile development environment. Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications as part of ongoing platform evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications.
  • Build, test, deploy, and iterate on existing and new technology products.
  • Leverage technical skills in front-end, backend development, cloud services, and DevOps practices.
  • Support legacy systems and transition them to modern architectures.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
  • Apply creative problem-solving and sound judgment in a fast-paced development environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time professional software development experience.
  • Experience with backend development in Java or Python.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals.
  • Strong grasp of modern web standards, accessibility, and security best practices.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
