About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, leveraging expertise in home lending products and adhering to regulatory requirements while marketing Chase's financial products. This role offers a significant opportunity for career growth and impact within the Chase Home Lending team, dedicated to helping clients achieve homeownership.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the branch team through product and service training.
- Partner with bankers, meet with their customers, and introduce new clients for additional products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience through various marketing efforts.
- Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
- Act as the internal and external mortgage expert, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
- Must be subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements.
- Must register under the SAFE Act of 2008 via the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
