About the Role
As our Affiliate & Partnership Manager, you will take full ownership of our affiliate and partner channels across the Shine ecosystem. You will evaluate existing affiliate activities, reactivate dormant relationships, negotiate high-impact deals, and build new strategic partnerships from scratch. You will serve as the growth engine bridging top publishers, comparison sites, networks, and our internal Growth, Product, and Tech teams to scale Shine across Germany and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing affiliate activities across our product portfolio.
- Refresh partner materials to reflect the Shine brand.
- Reactivate quiet partnerships.
- Bring order and structure to complex deal setups.
- Own agreement structures, placement deals, and commission models (CPA, CPC, CPL, RevShare).
- Constantly push for smarter commercial terms that maximize ROI.
- Run partner activation through targeted campaigns, incentives, and CRM-driven outreach.
- Translate metrics into sharp internal reporting that moves real business decisions.
- Work closely with affiliate platforms and internal data teams to ensure accurate tracking and clean data across all Shine properties.
- Uphold strict standards for fraud prevention, brand safety, and compliance.
- Proactively pitch, onboard, and scale new publishers, financial comparison portals and corporate benefit partners to expand our market footprint.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of solid, hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Management, or Performance Marketing.
- Ideally in a fast-paced SaaS, Fintech, or Scale-up environment.
- Sharp focus on revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Strong ability to structure and negotiate win-win commercial deals.
- Extroverted, energetic, and highly confident communicator who effortlessly builds strong, lasting relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Highly structured mindset; able to manage complex documentation across multiple product brands.
- Able to track projects simultaneously.
- Able to turn data into autonomous action.
- Native-level (or C2) German for high-stakes partner negotiations.
- Fluent English for internal cross-functional collaboration.
