About the Role
The Warehouse Worker supports the warehouse Supervisor in maintaining warehouse, retail, and portable locations within the Arena, ensuring high standards of customer service, performance, and policy adherence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability at all Food & Beverage and Merchandise stands during events
- Maintain product quality and cleanliness standards
- Organize and maintain inventory under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor
- Maintain knowledge of theatre policies and facility locations
- Communicate product levels and equipment issues
- Follow Health Department standards and procedures
- Participate in special projects and perform assigned duties
- Provide exceptional guest service while adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a team mentality
- Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting
- Proven history of above-average work performance
- Proven guest service skills
- Ability to work at least 4 days/nights per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Capable of long hours of physical labor on feet
- Ability to push carts through crowds safely
- Receptive to working outdoors in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
- Ability to work in environments with loud noises and changing visuals
- Ability to climb and descend stairs while carrying equipment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs
