About the Role
We are looking for an A&R professional to discover new talent, sign artists to our roster, and manage their development within the German rap and pop scenes.
Responsibilities
- Discover new talent with a cross-genre sensibility for German rap and pop
- Monitor social media trends and chart data to identify emerging artists
- Attend industry events and maintain relationships with artists and partners across Germany
- Manage long-term artist development and sign new talent
- Oversee the artist lifecycle from initial contact and contract negotiation to release and market positioning
- Develop and manage project budgets

- Previous experience in A&R management, ideally with an existing professional network
