About the Role

The Concierge Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment by remaining visible, actively monitoring the premises, and maintaining access control. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Concierge Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. This is a public-facing, customer service-driven position.

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and tenants professionally.
Checking IDs, registering visitors, issuing badges, and enforcing access policies.
Monitoring lobby activity, watching for suspicious behavior, and maintaining a visible security presence.
Responding calmly to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and evacuation situations.
Keeping logs, reports, and visitor records accurate and up to date.
Coordinating with security teams, building management, and other staff as needed.
Keeping the lobby neat, organized, and ready for guests.

Requirements

If you have receptionist, hospitality, or retail industry background, you are a great fit for this role.
With a positive attitude and outgoing personality, we will provide the training and knowledge you need to be successful in the security industry.
