About the Role
The Concierge Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment by remaining visible, actively monitoring the premises, and maintaining access control. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Concierge Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. This is a public-facing, customer service-driven position.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and tenants professionally.
- Checking IDs, registering visitors, issuing badges, and enforcing access policies.
- Monitoring lobby activity, watching for suspicious behavior, and maintaining a visible security presence.
- Responding calmly to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and evacuation situations.
- Keeping logs, reports, and visitor records accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating with security teams, building management, and other staff as needed.
- Keeping the lobby neat, organized, and ready for guests.
Requirements
- If you have receptionist, hospitality, or retail industry background, you are a great fit for this role.
