About the Role

The Senior Coordinator, Business Solutions Media for Madison Square Garden will drive the success of the Media Sales team through strategic ideation, development, and execution of sellable platforms and sponsorship solutions. This role will own cross-departmental collaboration by partnering with production, programming, graphics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sponsor integrations and secure necessary approvals. The position prefers someone with a creative background who can translate ideas into polished, story-driven presentations. A strong understanding of business processes, media sales operations, and the evolving sponsorship landscape is essential. This role also includes new business prospecting, researching prospective clients, supporting outreach efforts, and growing new partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day activities of 2-3 Media Sales Account Executives
  • Assist in creating customized proposals and pitch decks for potential partners
  • Develop relationships with MSG Networks production, creative, programming, etc. to ensure approvals and execution of all partner activations
  • Identify and research prospective advertisers, sponsors, and brand partners
  • Brainstorm potential on-air partnerships for client proposals
  • Manage the process for pulling clips and proof of execution
  • Monitor and track inventory of on-air assets
  • Support the execution of campaign deliverables, ensuring assets and timelines are delivered accurately
  • Partner with Knicks, Rangers, Islanders, and Devils sponsorship teams to support the development and execution of cross-platform partnership opportunities
  • Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 2-4 years experience in related field or in internships
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) a plus
  • Proficient writing and comprehension
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment with exceptional communication skills
  • Comfortable in both internal and client-facing meetings, calls, and presentations
  • Keen attention to detail
