Responsibilities
- Creates and ensures a full filled, entertaining and exciting environment.
- Provide expertly mixed drinks to guests with fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused service.
- Take orders and serve beverages.
- Work effectively, efficiently, and knowledgeably with night club service personnel.
- Comply with and enforce alcohol awareness laws and procedures.
- Adhere to established company and departmental procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Promote positive team member and guest interactions.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Maintain the established company uniform and well-groomed appearance and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked workstation and bar.
- Complete side work, cleaning, stock duties, and trash removal as assigned.
- Accurately reorder distilled spirits and wines on a bottle-for-bottle basis.
- Maintain documented par levels.
- Utilize proper cash/change handling procedures with the correct price of the drink.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 6-8 hours.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. occasionally.

Experience Level
