About the Role

As a Product Manager Data, you will maximize the value of the product by ensuring data and features meet business user expectations and align with business objectives. You will manage the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, including creation, prioritization, and management.
• Write clear and precise User Stories for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Oversee development, validate new data integrations, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prioritize features to maximize value delivered to marketing teams.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess Data Lake usage and evolution impact.
• Propose evolutions based on new Data ecosystem trends.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (BAC+5).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a Data and Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Good general knowledge of Data ecosystems (Data Lake, Snowflake, BI, Data Viz, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• High degree of autonomy and a proactive, start-up mindset.
• Experience in environments with high Product & Agile maturity.
• User-centric approach, with constant interaction with business users.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in prioritization frameworks.
• Fluent English speaking ability is mandatory.
