About the Role
We are seeking an Architect to plan various building construction projects according to the HOAI planning phases and for our project development company GFK Hausbau.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan complex construction projects of any size in planning phases 1-7
- Regular internal and external communication and coordination meetings
- Support with project acquisition and during the project application process
- Create tenders
- Regular reporting to management
Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Registered with an Architects' Chamber
- Ideally, additional professional experience in planning commercial projects and residential buildings
- Knowledge of common MS Office tools
- Knowledge of CAD drawing programs, preferably ArchiCad
- Knowledge of BIM modeling
- Loyalty to the team
- Quick comprehension
- High motivation
- Ideally, possess a Class B driver's license
