About the Role
Adobe's creative community connects millions of makers, and we are rebuilding it to be the best place for creators to discover, learn, create, and share. We are seeking a builder-minded Senior Product Manager to own and enhance a core part of this experience. This is a hands-on role where you will prototype, utilize AI by default, and help shape creator connections in an AI-native world, working within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Own core areas of the community experience, from strategy through launch and growth.
- Represent creators of all levels to ensure the community product meets their needs.
- Rapidly prototype with AI, transforming ideas into working demos quickly.
- Define key metrics, conduct experiments, and use data to inform the roadmap.
- Develop lightweight AI workflows to facilitate large-scale community learning.
- Collaborate with engineering on feasibility and architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years in product management or a related field, with a track record of shipping consumer or creator products.
- Daily, hands-on experience using AI tools for building, prototyping, and shipping.
- Proficiency in making technical and architectural trade-offs with engineering teams.
- Strong data analysis and experimentation skills.
- Experience in building products for community, creators, or user-generated content is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross-functionally.

Salary/Compensations
- $125,800 -- $239,725 annually (US)
- $165,600 - $239,725 (California)

- Total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) for sales roles.
- Short-term incentives via sales commission plans for sales roles.
- Base salary and Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles.
- Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of new hire equity awards.
