About the Role

Our practice partners with North American Dental Group to deliver best-in-class patient care, focusing on putting every patient first, every visit. Responsibilities

  • Handles financial information, performs insurance verification, and prepares end-of-day reports with a focus on quality control and patient confidentiality.
  • Performs clerical tasks including mail handling, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Answers phone calls, greets visitors/patients, and manages appointment scheduling, verification, and confirmation.
  • Explains procedures and services to patients using dental knowledge.
  • Presents financial policies and arrangements, collects co-payments, and verifies insurance coverage.
  • Tracks appointments due to no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to learn new programs as needed.
