About the Role
Seeking an experienced cleaner for a small office (7 staff members) to maintain a 5,000 sq. ft., 3-story office space with multiple bathrooms, lounges, a kitchenette, and outdoor patios. The role involves regular cleaning duties and proactive organization. The office is located in South Park/South Beach and will relocate to Presidio proper in October 2026. The position starts August 1st.
Responsibilities
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Cleaning up a kitchenette
- Removing trash
- Cycling dishes
- Sweeping front entrance
- Unboxing and restocking snacks
- Periodic deep clean: cleaning windows, vents, purging fridge weekly
- Exercising good judgment of what's trash vs. what is not.
- Being careful with electronics–wiping around cables, monitors, hardware set-ups
- Proactively organizing and minimizing clutter.
- Learning the space, tracking what's in the storage and utility closet
- Reporting burnt out bulbs, low supplies, broken items
- Communicate via Slack
Requirements
- Licensed driver
- English-speaker
- Being able to use Slack for communications
- Discreet
- Comfortable with stairs
