About the Role

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic initiatives to enhance and scale the Family Office Solutions platform within the Private Bank. The executive will define the strategic vision, oversee operational execution, and drive growth of comprehensive family office services for ultra-high-net-worth families.

Responsibilities

  • Drives the strategy, growth, and continued evolution of the Family Office Solutions platform.
  • Identifies market trends, client needs, advisor feedback, and competitive dynamics to inform platform strategy and enhancements.
  • Oversees the delivery of client and business offerings, including data aggregation, bill payment, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Partners with strategists, advisors, product managers, and business leaders to support client retention and growth.
  • Serves as executive sponsor for complex client relationships, overseeing service reviews and issue resolution.
  • Collaborates with leadership across various departments to enhance capabilities and strengthen controls.
  • Establishes performance standards and metrics to drive accountability and quality execution.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service quality, and scalability.
  • Maintains a strong risk and control environment, ensuring disciplined execution against requirements.
  • Partners with risk, compliance, and legal leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Oversees audits, regulatory examinations, and control reviews.
  • Uses strong communication skills to deliver clear messages to diverse audiences.
  • Leads, develops, and inspires a high-performing organization with a focus on client excellence and innovation.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Private Bank capabilities, solutions, service models, industry trends, and digital client experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Private Bank and fiduciary products, client service functions, investment offerings, financial administration capabilities, and risk frameworks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business strategy with the ability to translate strategic priorities into executable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, market trends, and business opportunities to inform platform strategy.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across functions and with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, executive communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis for business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Client-centric mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering superior outcomes.
  • Ability to balance growth objectives with disciplined risk management and operational controls.

  • Significant leadership experience within Family Office, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Accounting Administration, Product Management, Operations, or a similar client service organization.
  • Experience managing sophisticated ultra-high-net-worth client relationships or family office service models.
  • Proven success leading organizational transformation, operational improvement, or platform development.
  • Strong understanding of family office operating models, financial administration, bill payment, accounting, and reporting solutions.
  • Experience partnering with advisors, specialists, technology teams, and senior executives.
