About the Role
The Actuarial Development Program (ADP) is a key stream within Manulife's flagship GRO early talent program, designed to launch high-potential actuarial talent into impactful careers through structured rotations. Responsibilities
- Design and price insurance and annuity products.
- Establish actuarial assumptions, quantify reserves, and meet regulatory and capital requirements.
- Provide analysis and advice to business partners to meet strategic goals.
- Collaborate with management to identify risks and opportunities and improve business performance.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing procedures and actuarial methodologies.
- Develop insights and processes by leveraging technology.
Requirements
- Working towards a University degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline with expected graduation of 2027.
- Possess relevant actuarial experience.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment towards FSA/FCIA designations (e.g., passing at least one SOA exam).
