About the Role

We’re seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Estate Services Team in South London. Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of our estates, you’ll be carrying out tasks such as litter and leaves collection, use of petrol and electric tools, mowing and strimming of grassed areas, hedge trimming, general gardening duties (digging, planting, weeding and pruning) and transportation of grounds maintenance equipment using vans and towing trailers. You'll also need to be familiar with using a PDA Smart phone.

Requirements

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required
Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence
